Wooosaaah....



Life can be stressful, but it doesn't have to be. If the busy in your life is taking over, bullying your self-care regiments, limiting the quality time you spend with your family, or high jacking your girls night out, it’s time to put an end to it!

Have you ever thought, "I don't have the time" or said to yourself, "self care day is for other people." Or, other thoughts such as "I can't see my way clear, it seems so far from my reality." Well, in response to your thoughts, I ask "why is that?" Starting on a healthy journey to self care can begin quite small even though there may be obstacles. Taking the idea of developing a plan for self care and growing into it is what makes the idea so achievable. Creating 10 minutes when feeling overwhelmed can be a huge step wrapped up in manageable, achievable opportunity that brings you closer to your goal. While it may seem that happiness is out of reach in the grand scheme, what about breaking that down? Incremental reaching will be better than waiting for the next big thing to happen. Waiting for the perfect time to "take some time for myself" may leave you missing opportunities due to limiting your thoughts that only perfection is worth the effort. As it may seem that in all the business of life we may have lost ourselves; there is the chance to revive us. Are you considering how you might spend those 10 minutes? Well, you might want to be intentional, because 10 minutes can go by pretty quickly.
